These terms apply when you buy from lmwill.shop as a consumer. Please read them before ordering. They do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. About us

This website is operated under the name LMWILL. You can contact us at support@lmwill.shop. We reply within 1 working day, Monday to Friday.

2. Products

We describe each product as accurately as we can, including fibre composition for clothing and the base metal and plating for jewellery.
Product images are for illustration. Colours can look different on different screens, and sizes of small jewellery are given in millimetres on each product page.
Jewellery is gold-plated or rhodium-plated stainless steel. It is not made of gold, silver or any other precious metal, and plating is a surface finish that can soften with wear.
Clothing sizes are UK sizes. Please see the size guide before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT we are required to charge.
Delivery charges are shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. See Shipping & delivery, including information about import charges on consignments over £135.
Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
If we have made an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. How the contract is formed

When you place an order you receive an email acknowledging it. This is not yet acceptance. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is no longer available, we will tell you and refund any payment in full within 14 days.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Orders are sent by our fulfilment partners from outside the UK.
Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 working days from order. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed.
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you name. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

6. Your right to cancel

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, as explained in our Returns & refunds policy, which includes a model cancellation form. You pay the cost of returning goods if you cancel, unless they are faulty or not as described. Opened earrings cannot be returned on hygiene grounds unless faulty.

7. Faulty goods

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your rights include a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund, and after that a right to repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We supply goods for domestic and private use only.

9. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption or customs hold-ups. If this happens we will contact you, and if a delay is likely to be substantial you can cancel and receive a full refund for anything not delivered.

10. Reviews and promotions

We do not currently publish customer reviews on this website. If we introduce reviews, we will publish all genuine reviews, positive and negative, and will not pay for or incentivise reviews without clearly saying so. We do not show “was” prices unless the item has genuinely been sold at that price on this website. Any promotion states its conditions next to the offer.

11. Your personal information

We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy policy.

12. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at support@lmwill.shop so we can try to resolve any problem. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
