We reply within 1 working day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 UK time. Messages sent at weekends or on UK bank holidays are answered on the next working day.
To help us answer quickly
- About an order: include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- About a return: tell us which items you are returning and why. We will send a return reference and the returns address.
- About a fault or damage: attach a photo of the item and the packaging.
- About sizing: tell us the item, your usual UK size and, if you can, your bust, waist and hip measurements.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel by email at any time within 14 days of receiving your order. The model cancellation form is on our returns page if you would like to use it.
Complaints
If you are not happy with how we have handled something, email us with “Complaint” in the subject line. We acknowledge complaints within 1 working day and aim to resolve them within 14 days.
