The payment methods available are shown at checkout before you place your order. Payment is taken when you place the order.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT we are required to charge. Delivery is shown separately in your bag before you pay.

No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply lets you see past orders and save addresses.

Email support@lmwill.shop as soon as possible. Before dispatch we can change or cancel it and refund in full. After dispatch you can still cancel within 14 days of receiving it.

Orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partners from outside the UK. We do not have a UK warehouse.

Usually 7 to 15 working days in total: 1 to 3 working days to prepare and 6 to 12 working days in transit. You get a tracking link by email on dispatch.

£4.95 to UK addresses, free on orders over £75.

For consignments of £135 or less, UK VAT is charged at the point of sale and you should not be asked to pay more on delivery. For consignments over £135, import VAT, duty where applicable and a carrier handling fee may be collected before delivery. See Shipping & delivery.

Items can be sent from different locations. You only pay delivery once.

Email support@lmwill.shop with your order number and the items. We send a return reference and the returns address within 1 working day. Full details are on our Returns & refunds page.

If you change your mind, you pay return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we pay.

Unopened earrings, yes. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the sealed bag has been opened, unless they are faulty.

Within 14 days of us receiving the items, or proof you have sent them, back to your original payment method.

No. It is stainless steel with a gold-plated or rhodium-plated finish. Plating is a surface layer and can soften with wear over time. Keeping pieces away from perfume, lotions and chlorinated water helps the finish last.

We list the base metal and plating on every product, but we do not make any claims about skin reactions. If you know you react to particular metals, please check the material carefully or ask us before ordering.

UK sizes 6 to 18 with a relaxed cut. The Size guide lists body measurements for each size.

We aim for accurate colour, but screens vary. If a colour is clearly different from its description, that counts as not as described and we will refund you, including return postage.
